Having grown up in the Raleigh area, Marko has had a front-row seat to the transformation of the Triangle. What was once a collection of smaller communities has grown into one of the most dynamic regions in North Carolina, and that firsthand perspective continues to shape the way he approaches real estate today.
Marko entered the industry at just 19 while studying Marketing at NC State University. What began as an early interest in real estate quickly grew into something larger as his background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and media began to intersect with the business. During his time at NC State, Marko became involved in the university’s entrepreneurship community, experiences that helped shape the way he thinks about building a brand, creating value, and approaching an industry that has traditionally been slow to change.
Rather than following the traditional real estate playbook, Marko built his business around the way people discover homes today. Through digital storytelling, social media, elevated property presentation, and a deep understanding of the local market, he has developed a modern approach designed to create attention around both the properties he represents and the communities surrounding them.
That connection to the local real estate community extends beyond his work with clients. As the co-founder of RAL Meetup, one of Raleigh’s largest real estate networking communities, Marko helps bring together agents, builders, investors, lenders, attorneys, and other professionals shaping the market. The relationships created through that network give him a broader perspective on what is happening across the Triangle and access to a deeply connected group of local professionals.
Today, Marko represents buyers and sellers throughout Raleigh and the greater Triangle area, with a particular focus on luxury homes, custom builds, new construction, and relocation. Whether he is helping a client navigate the construction of a one-of-a-kind home, introducing someone new to the Triangle, or bringing a property to market, his approach remains centered on thoughtful strategy, strong communication, and exceptional presentation.
